Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking an Advanced Practitioner for per diem coverage in Plano, TX. The NP will oversee infusion care, develop patient care plans, and act as the clinical liaison with referring physicians.

Compensation ranges from $63.00–$66.00 per hour with a 401K match up to 4%. Schedule: Fri-Sat, 7:30am–5:00pm, with additional duties Mon–Thu as needed. Non-exempt, per diem employment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• DEA license is required to prescribe controlled substances.
• ONCC/CRNI certification preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infusion care provided by nurses in ambulatory infusion center in Plano, TX.
• Develop and monitor initial and ongoing care plans for referred patients.
• Serve as clinical liaison between referring physicians and infusion center.
• Document infusion orders and notes in electronic medical records.
• Adhere to HIPAA, state/federal regulations, and company policies.
