Job summary

Vivo Infusion in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our infusion team for a per diem role focused on Fridays. The position involves assessing referred patients, developing initial care plans, and documenting orders in the EMR.

You will evaluate new patients, monitor plans of care, and ensure appropriate infusion suitability while collaborating with the Medical Director and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NP license in the state where service is provided.
• ONC certification is preferred.
• Must hold a current DEA license.
• Rheumatology/infusion experience is preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years in a clinic setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Intermediate computer skills, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates clinical information provided by referring physician offices and admits appropriate patients for infusion.
• Evaluates newly referred patients and develops initial plans of care.
• Monitors plans of care and makes necessary changes.
• Performs pertinent physicals with assessment of findings and suitability for infusion.
• Documents infusion orders and notes in the electronic medical record.
• Dictates or documents notes in the EMR.
