Job summary

IVX Health in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. You will provide direct patient care, oversee treatment administration, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

We offer CEUs, tuition reimbursement, and cover certifications (CRNI, ONCC), plus ultrasound IV training. This full-time role features a day shift Tue-Fri and one Saturday per month, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active NP license and RN license as required by the state.
• Board certification through AANP or ANCC.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion centers or outpatient clinics.
• Ability to treat adults and pediatrics; FNP preferred.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and medication management.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on-site and via supervision during infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support operations, inventory, prior authorizations, and training.
• Collaborate with referring providers to coordinate care.
• Adapt to working across multiple facilities within the market.
