Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate commitment to patient-centered care and effective written and verbal communication.
• Must be computer literate and able to follow approved policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care in infusion settings.
• Perform screenings, document findings, and enter data into medical records.
• Assist with preparation, examination, and procedures; monitor vital signs.
• Prioritize and respond to patient calls regarding medications and care plans.
• Maintain clean/stocked spaces and ensure documentation accuracy per policy.
