GI Alliance seeks an experienced Infusion Intake Specialist II to review infusion orders, verify patient benefits, and determine whether care can be purchased and billed or obtained via Specialty Pharmacy. The role includes assisting patients with copay programs and handling prior authorizations with insurers.
The candidate will support claims follow-up, communicate financial information to billing staff, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer requirements.
GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Infusion Intake Specialist II.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Review and process infusion services and physician orders in a timely and accurate manner to obtain payment for infusion services.

High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
3 5 years of prior infusion intake experience is preferred. Prior intake experience related to infusion needed.
