You will partner with engineering, regulatory, marketing and sales to ensure safe, effective, and competitive solutions that meet patient needs. You will contribute to product strategy, assist with new product development, and support market performance through VOC insights, competitive analysis, and launch plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years related experience required.
• Occasional business travel required; valid driver's license and passport.
• Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement.
• Prior capital equipment experience or knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage profitability of a complex product line and support lifecycle activities from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits.
• Gather VOC insights from clinicians, nurses, and stakeholders; conduct competitive analysis and market research for infusion systems.
• Develop and administers launch plans for new or revised products; create strategies for increasing market share and conduct retirement communications for product decommissioning.
• Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams on product requirements and documentation.
• Contribute to product launch planning, training materials, and sales enablement tools.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and post-market surveillance data.
• Ensure alignment with healthcare regulatory standards in collaboration with internal team.
• Participates in planning of sales promotions or other events.
