Job summary

Arizona Home Care & Patient Care Infusion in Tempe combines critical warehouse duties with direct delivery to patients at home. You split time between picking, packing, staging infusion medications, and driving to patient homes, ensuring timely, safe deliveries.

This role requires physical stamina, strong organization, and customer-focused communication to support patient care. Shifts include part-time and full-time options, reporting to the Tempe office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with a physically active role combining warehouse work and driving.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infusion medications, supplies, and equipment safely and on time.
• Pick, pull, pack, and stage medical supplies and equipment accurately for daily deliveries.
• Lift, carry, and load/unload equipment such as infusion pumps and supply cases, often up to 50 lbs.
• Obtain signatures and complete delivery documentation accurately.
• Maintain delivery logs and paperwork in accordance with agency standards.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
• Communicate delays, delivery issues, or concerns to dispatch promptly.
• Dispose of expired, damaged, or recalled products per safety protocols.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and handling procedures.
