Job summary

Edward Hospital's Naperville Infusion Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time, 40 hours/week. You will provide direct patient care in infusion settings, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families. Weekend/holiday rotation is required on a schedule; some travel to Plainfield may be needed.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, IL RN license, and BLS/CPR certification. Oncology/infusion experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care across patient populations.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient and family teaching and collect health data.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluates patient's progress toward attainment of outcomes and revises plan as needed.
• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
