Job summary

LUX Infusion is seeking experienced Ambulatory Infusion Clinic RNs to join our clinician-led, U.S.-based team providing infusion care across clinics and care settings. This is a Per Diem role (16-24 hours per week) offering flexible schedules, opportunities to work independently within a multidisciplinary team, and a focus on patient-centered care and education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• IV certification and central line management experience.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in home infusion or related areas.
• CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel locally to support patient care needs.

Responsibilities

• Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line care.
• Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed.
• Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform nursing assessments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication administration, and IV care.
• Perform venous phlebotomy as needed.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, caregivers, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
