• Reviews medication orders and prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
• Participates in medical emergencies and supports medication safety initiatives.
• Ensures formulary adherence and manages medication-use processes with the care team.

Education

Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited school
