Job summary

North East Medical Services is seeking an Infusion Center Registered Nurse (RN) in San Francisco, CA. You will support infusion center operations, ensure patient safety, administer medications, establish IV access, and participate in audits, training, and care coordination.

The role requires an active California RN license, BLS/CPR, strong computer and EMR skills (Epic preferred), and the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active California RN license and CPR/BLS.
• ONS Certification completed; infusion center experience preferred.
• Ability to establish IV access and manage infusion procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinic providers to deliver infusion care.
• Ensure staffing ratios and smooth Infusion Center workflow.
• Manage floor medication inventory and logs.
• Establish IV access; care for PICC/Port-a-Cath as needed.
• Educate patients; participate in training and audits.
• Triage by phone and in person; support emergencies.
