TriHealth Acute Care Technician II – Infusion in Kenwood seeks a detail-oriented assistant to support nursing staff in infusion centers. You will help with basic patient care, clerical duties, and flow coordination while maintaining compassionate communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• 2 years High School Education (Required).
• Reading and math ability appropriate to the position.
• Multi-line phone skills and familiarity with patient call systems.

Responsibilities

• Assists and/or performs basic activities of daily living and specified treatments under RN supervision.
• Performs clerical duties and coordinates patient flow.
• Communicates respectfully with patients and teammates, and documents observations.
• Maintains safety and infection control practices and supports unit operations.
