The position features a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu) with paid time off, benefits after a 90-day temp period, and comprehensive health options.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, patients and physicians.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements.
• Experience with infusion-related billing and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and preauthorizations before infusion treatments.
• Schedule infusion appointments and coordinate check-in/out reminders.
• Counsel patients on benefit investigations and copay assistance programs.
• Assist enrollment in copay assistance programs and verify new insurances.
