Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager to join our Infrastructure Advisory & Transformation practice. You will define and execute technology transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, modernize infrastructure environments, and enable business growth.

You will work with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to develop roadmaps and drive execution across cloud, data center, network, and security domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure consulting, cloud transformation, technology strategy, or infrastructure operations.
• Minimum 8 years experience delivering complex technology or infrastructure transformation projects.
• Minimum 8 years knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), infrastructure technologies, and IT operations.
• Minimum 8 years strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum 8 years experience working directly with clients and senior technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure Advisory and Transformation workstreams within large-scale programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones and manage dependencies.
• Track progress, budgets, deliverables, and KPIs while ensuring quality.
• Support cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, automation, and operational transformation.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and drive account growth.
• Provide coaching and development to team members and contribute to practice initiatives.
