Install, test, service, and decommission structured cabling systems including fiberoptics, copper, communications, and otherlow voltagesystems.
Build and remove cabinets, racks, cable trays, pathways, and related data center infrastructure.
Perform physical installations and removals with precision, safety, and attention to detail.
Follow all Company and customer safety standards to ensure anAccident-FreeEverydayenvironment.
Uphold quality, production, and industry best practices in every installation.
Maintain a clean, organized, andhazard-freework area to support efficient and safe operations.
Read and follow project drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
Apply broad understanding of structured cabling installation, routing, labeling, and commissioning.
Ensure installations meet design intent, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Work as a proactive member of the team, supportingless experiencedtechnicians and sharing knowledge.
Help plan materials, tools, and tasks to keep projects moving smoothly.
Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and customer representatives.
Ability to follow instructions carefully while working with strong independence.
Comfortable teaching and learning frompeers;contributes positively to team culture.
Able to distinguish color for cable identification.
Proficient with telecom and construction hand tools,safely and effectively.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
3–5 yearsof telecom/structured cabling experience (data center experience a strong plus).
OSHA10 preferred (must obtain within 90 days).
First Aid/CPR certification within90 days.
FOA certifications, BICSI cabling certifications, or similar credentials preferred.
This is an active,hands-onrole inside data centers andtechnology richenvironments.
You will:
Work primarilyindoors, with occasional outdoor tasks.
Experience moderate noise levels typical of construction and data center settings.
Regularlysit, kneel, stoop, climb, crawl, reach, talk, and hearduring tasks.
Frequentlystand and walkfor extended periods.
Regularly lift and/or moveup to 50lbsand frequently lift up to25 lbs.
Work intight or confined spaces, raised floors, and sometimes atheightsusing ladders or lifts.
Wear PPE and follow all safety protocols.
