Our Client is actively seeking an IT Consultant to support internal IT initiatives, enhancing services and support for end users and customers. The position is remote within Colorado.

Position Title:

Infrastructure Technical Architect

Job Description:

Designs, develops, and implements application infrastructure to deliver highly complex, reliable, and scalable applications and systems aligned with organizational objectives in a specialized industry. Supports solution development, technology/architecture selection, and assesses technical architecture. Provides specifications for physical components, hardware, and software.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Guide teams through hands-on technical activities, including development of code, integrations, data conversions, and other tasks during sprints (.NET, C#, Javascript).
2. Provide peer reviews of development work completed by staff or contractors.
3. Update work items, raise blockers, and collaborate with scrum masters and contract staff.
4. Participate in Agile processes and ceremonies.
5. Create detailed technical features and user stories (enablers for technical roadmap).
6. Prioritize the ecosystem feature/user story backlog.
7. Ensure compliance with digital accessibility regulations by prioritizing accessibility in design, development, and management of digital products.
8. Manage accessibility as a compliance concern in product development, supporting development resources with frameworks, code libraries, and design systems.
9. Work with scrum masters to stay within sprint goals.
10. Participate in scrum ceremonies, provide and receive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
