Job Description

The Technical Architect will design, develop, and implement application infrastructure to provide highly complex, reliable, and scalable applications and systems to meet organizational objectives within a specialized industry. The role supports solution development, technology, and architecture selection activities, and assesses technical architecture. It also involves providing specifications for physical components, hardware, and software.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide peer review of development work completed by staff or contractors on the product team.
  • Update work items, raise blockers, and collaborate with scrum masters and contract staff.
  • Create detailed technical features and user stories (enablers for the technical roadmap).
  • Prioritize the ecosystem feature/user story backlog.
  • Ensure compliance with digital accessibility regulations by:
    • Prioritizing accessibility in designing, developing, and managing digital products.
    • Managing accessibility as a compliance-level concern in product development.
    • Supporting accessibility in development resources, such as frameworks, code libraries, and design systems.
  • Work with scrum masters to stay within sprint goals.
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies, provide and receive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework (4-6 years).
  • Proficiency in Web Services and Windows Services (4-6 years).
  • Experience with Windows 10.
