P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an IT professional to provide second level support and maintenance for network and server infrastructure, virtualization environments and end-user devices.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and help design scalable, secure solutions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years’ LAN/WAN experience, Meraki/FortiGate expertise, Windows Server and AD, and scripting (PowerShell or Python).

What You’ll Do

Provide second level support and maintenance for network and server infrastructure, virtualization environments and end user devices. Proactively monitor system performance to assist with the identification of potential issues and future design improvements. Investigate performance anomalies and perform root cause analysis for network and systems infrastructure. Installation, configuration and deployment of network infrastructure with a focus on scalability, performance, redundancy and security. Evaluate, design and implement complex systems monitoring and management solutions to help drive performance improvements and reliability. Works with other IT solution engineers and developers to identify and resolve technical issues while suggesting service improvements and/or new technology approaches. Author, document and maintain internal documentation, procedures and policies. Effectively manages time and competing priorities to meet objectives and project deadlines. Provide 24x7 technical support via on-call duties, as required. Learns and becomes proficient with all the technology utilities, tools and standards at the company.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in managing LAN/WAN network infrastructures. 3+ years of experience supporting a Meraki network environment supporting over 1K+ users, including VPN and use network shaping policies. Expert knowledge of Meraki, FortiGate, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP protocols and server virtualization technologies. Demonstrated knowledge in the configuration, implementation and testing of network environments hosting hundreds of servers and performance optimization. Knowledge and skilled in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Internet/email filtering software and system health monitoring. Preferred additional experience with any of the following technologies: Office 365, Azure, Abnormal, Nutanix, Prism, AirWatch/WorkspaceOne and Zabbix.

Location

This is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255. Candidates must currently reside in the greater Phoenix area and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
