Pilot Company is seeking an Infrastructure Support Intern to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the summer of 2027.

This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to our operational excellence by helping deliver and maintain essential technology solutions, including Microsoft applications, Copilot, device imaging and patching, and the systems and processes that enable IT resources across the organization.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field.
• Rising seniors and graduate students are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, device management, or infrastructure support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise server environments to ensure reliability and availability for business users.
• Assist with device management initiatives using Microsoft Intune to maintain secure, compliant end-user devices.
• Collaborate with the Frontline IT Services team to improve productivity, security, and end-user experience.
