Job summary

Kyndryl is hiring to join a team that diagnoses complex IT issues across servers, networks, and cloud environments, and designs end-to-end infrastructure solutions. You will integrate systems in hybrid environments, automate workflows, and document architectures for reliable handoffs.

You will collaborate with Architects, Technicians and Project Managers, expand your expertise across cloud platforms, and grow toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles while earning relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure Monitoring Tools: Zabbix, Selector AI etc
• Database administration, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle etc ..
• Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• Hands‑on experience in at least one of: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
• In‑depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System
• Familiar with IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes
• Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities
• Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability
• Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions
• Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies
• Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments to ensure seamless operation
• Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors
• Document architectures and procedures for hand‑offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians
• Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders
• Build customer confidence by delivering tangible, high‑impact results
• Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies
• Earn certifications and qualifications while applying them on real projects
• Pursue career paths toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles
