Insight is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join our Client Solutions Services team. In this highly visible consulting role, you will help enterprise clients evaluate, design, modernize, and optimize their infrastructure environments across data center networking, private cloud, compute, storage, automation, and cloud technologies.

• Strong background in infrastructure architecture, consulting, and solution design.
• Deep expertise with Juniper Routing & Switching, Cisco Networking Technologies, Cisco Webex Cloud, Nutanix, Ansible Automation.
• Experience leading client-facing technical discussions, workshops, and assessments.
• Experience supporting network transformation and modernization initiatives, including Cisco-to-Juniper migration projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on infrastructure strategy and modernization initiatives.
• Understand client business objectives, technical challenges, and transformation goals.
• Deliver technical guidance, best practices, and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Insight sales teams to identify and position infrastructure solutions that align with customer needs.
• Support customer workshops, assessments, proof of concepts, and roadmap development engagements.
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations during the client's transition from Cisco to Juniper networking technologies.
• Design scalable, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure solutions.
• Develop architecture roadmaps that align with customer business objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions and technical assessments.
• Create and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and supporting scope documentation.
• Recommend innovative solutions that improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Evaluate existing Cisco network environments and develop Juniper-based architecture and migration strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, sales teams, and service delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide architectural oversight during implementation and deployment engagements.
• Review technical deliverables and project milestones.
• Mentor team members and contribute to overall technical excellence.
• Partner with project teams to support successful Cisco-to-Juniper migration planning, deployment, and optimization activities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Maintain relevant certifications and technical expertise.
• Contribute to strategic business initiatives and service development opportunities.
• Identify new ways to help clients maximize the value of your technology investments.

Compensation: Up to $180,000 base salary (DOE) + 15% quarterly bonus opportunity + comprehensive benefits package

About the Role

Insight is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join our Client Solutions Services team. In this highly visible consulting role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them evaluate, design, modernize, and optimize their infrastructure environments.

You will work closely with clients, sales teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop strategic technology roadmaps and deliver innovative solutions across data center networking, private cloud, compute, storage, automation, and cloud technologies. This position combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing consulting, solution design, and advisory services.

A key initiative for this role is supporting a large-scale network transformation as the client transitions from Cisco networking infrastructure to Juniper Enterprise Networking solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with network modernization projects and be comfortable assessing Cisco environments, developing Juniper-based architecture strategies, and providing technical leadership throughout migration, implementation, and optimization efforts.
