Work Location: Remote, on-site as needed

Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Here Is What You Will Need

• 7-10 Years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management amongst peers, team members, and within all levels of the organization.
• A proven ability to lead by motivating, inspiring, and supporting team, leaders and management to successfully achieve their divisional and departmental objectives.
• Thorough knowledge of general principles of budget, ITIL, project management, and IT.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

A Day in the Life of an Infrastructure Solution Architect:

• Provide services and support for the following areas:
• Improve integration of infrastructure technology stack including networking, storage, compute, and guest OS layers.
• Design and implement new technology processes and procedures for optimal capabilities.
• Deploy, Document, and Automate the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data infrastructure
• Investigate, facilitate, and implement improvements for monitoring and system health, as well as troubleshoot existing storage infrastructure and data center hardware deployments
• Ensure high availability of enterprise voice and data platforms that support internal employee business functions and external customer contact
• Establish and maintain an IT multi-year strategy with a focus on continuous improvement. Create and maintain solutions architecture artifacts and other strategy and system documentation.
• Provide hands-on leadership to team by implementing solutions, communicating vision, strategies, and objectives
• Assist in the planning, preparation, development and successful execution of departmental budgets.
• Augment the ability to manage a matrixed team of IT resources across internal IT groups and vendors.
• Must be experienced in developing strategic plans for deployment of infrastructure, Processing, Storage, Networking, system architecture, cloud services, and systems upgrades.
