Job summary

Unisys Corporation seeks an experienced Manager, Infrastructure Services (Windows, VMware & Citrix) to lead delivery, operations, and modernization of enterprise infrastructure supporting critical business apps and end-user computing.

You will manage engineers across Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/ CVAD, RDS, storage, and related tech, ensuring service excellence, security, and transformation outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical infrastructure teams.
• Strong experience with: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory Services, VMware vSphere and ESXi, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (Netscaler), Microsoft DNS and DHCP, Server virtualization and enterprise infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and support of Windows, virtualization, and Citrix infrastructure services.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational metrics, and client commitments.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and outage management activities across supported environments.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives focused on availability, performance, automation, and user experience.
• Manage platform lifecycles, operational risks, technical debt, and compliance requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of Windows, VMware, and Citrix engineers supporting enterprise production environments.
• Establish performance goals, career development plans, and succession planning strategies.
• Manage workload prioritization, staffing requirements, and resource allocation across operational support and project initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, collaboration, and customer service.
• Provide leadership and governance for: Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware vSphere/ESXi, CVAD, Netscaler, RDS, PKI, storage, backups.
• Ensure timely patching, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance activities.
• Oversee capacity management, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.
• Lead infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and modernization programs.
• Drive virtualization optimization, Windows upgrades, and infrastructure consolidation initiatives.
• Partner with cloud, security, network, application, and architecture teams to deliver solutions.
• Promote automation via PowerShell, IaC, and systems management tools.
• Support hybrid cloud adoption and integration initiatives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for service delivery issues.
• Develop and present operational reviews, performance metrics, and risk assessments.
