HOW AN INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LOB MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
You will oversee both the underlying technology infrastructure and the software applications that run on it, ensuring smooth operation, performance, and security by managing hardware, software deployments, network connectivity, application maintenance, and monitoring across the entire IT ecosystem within an organization; acting as the connection between technical infrastructure and the business applications.
Select and deploy hardware-like network devices and storage
Manage cloud infrastructure
Monitor network performance and security,
Implement and maintain system backup and disaster recovery plans, and database management.
Oversee application development, deployment, and updates.
Manage application performance and troubleshooting issues.
Ensure application compatibility across different platforms and devices.
Implement and maintain security policies for both infrastructure and applications.
Monitor for potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Forecast future IT needs and scaling infrastructure accordingly.
Organize resource utilization to maintain performance and cost.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
Required Certification:
Active Project Management Certification (example: PMI PMP Cert) is required. Any ITIL certs are desired.
Required Experience:
10+ years of overall IT experience to include 6+ years of recent experience providing program management as described above and in compliance with industry’s best practices
Required Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure components like servers, networks, storage, databases, and cloud technologies.
Knowledge of application development methodologies and software architecture. Expertise in network security and data protection practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Specific experience in the following is required / desired:
Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD/WAN), remote access (Zscaler, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs)), Virtual Private Cloud, Transit Connects, Transient Gateway, VPN Tunnels, Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) components, load balancers, wireless controllers and Wireless Access Points, firewalls, switches, routers, general troubleshooting, etc.
Hands-on knowledge of legacy Digital or Analog Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) Private Branch Exchanges (PBXs), Key Systems, Phones, Fax Machines, and other traditional telephony devices to an Internet Protocol (IP), Voice over IP (VoIP) or newer technology
Working knowledge of architecture, configuration, and operations of the following components:
Servers
Databases
Applications
Cloud Migrations
Hands-on experience delivering applications and application services within an agile framework (Scrum, SAFe, DevSecOps, etc.).
Expertise supporting user experience initiatives like user research, story development, behavior driven development, test driven development, and user-centric design.
Understanding of how to build in cloud scalability across existing portfolio of applications and services
Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret Clearance is required

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $122,400 - $165,600. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
