Job Description
Infosys is seeking to hire an Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager. The candidate should have strong knowledge of IT infrastructure services in Compute, Network, Storage & Backup, Workplace services and Cloud Operations. In this role, the personnel shall be responsible for ensuring delivery of IT Infra support services, SLA management, stakeholder management, IT Project management, drive Transformation and continuous service improvements. The candidate will work closely with C-level stake holders as a strategic technology advisor.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Deep Understanding of Infrastructure Technology and Architecture (Both Cloud and On-premise)
• Strategic Thinking and Vision – Need to have an innovative mindset. Should be well versed with Observability, Extreme automation,
• Leadership and Team Management – Ability to interact with CXOs of the client with great confidence, act as a Consultant to the CXOs, experience of having led large global teams (100+ team size), excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Risk Management Expertise – Experience of implementing mature DR/ BCP strategies, Data resilience, Data protection, Cybersecurity best practices.
• Candidate should be available to work off office hours if needed.
