You will partner with Engineering, Risk Management, and Operations to implement secure designs and measurable controls.

The role emphasizes leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to drive security roadmaps while enabling business growth in a fast‑paced, global law firm environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure security, network security, cloud security, or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and maturing security programs across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Strong leadership with ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executives.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to design and implement security controls at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Firm's infrastructure security strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Develop and maintain plans to mature infrastructure security capabilities aligned with business objectives and risk priorities.
• Establish security standards and guardrails across infrastructure platforms.
• Lead design and management of security controls across servers, endpoints, cloud, storage, network, and virtualization.
