Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with hands-on experience may be considered.
• 2-3 years of proven leadership and people management experience; 7-10 years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or DevOps.
• Deep proficiency in Ansible, Python, and PowerShell for infrastructure configuration and scaling.
• Linux administration (Ubuntu preferred), Windows Server/Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines, managing container environments, and handling enterprise monitoring/observability tools.
• Practical experience with incident response, change management, and security frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, SOC2).

Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Manage an operations team with hiring, development, workload planning, and coaching.
• Architect & Automate: Drive IaC using Ansible, Python, and PowerShell; build robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Secure & Comply: Oversee security operations and align with NIST, HIPAA, SOC2.
• Escalations: Primary escalation point for infrastructure, networking, Linux/Windows systems, and high-availability DBs.
• Collaborate & Strategize: Work with IT leadership on budgets, vendors, continuity, and roadmaps.
