Job summary

LexisNexis Reed Tech is seeking an Infrastructure Compliance Analyst III to partner with Engineering, Cloud, and SRE teams. You will translate security requirements into practical engineering solutions, guide risk decisions, and help modernize the security posture of our infrastructure.

You will develop secure configurations, monitor vulnerability trends, and drive remediation efforts within a collaborative, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering or security experience.
• Experience with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, ISO 27001, FedRAMP.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience with vulnerability management and endpoint management tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, compliant infrastructure.
• Translate security requirements into practical engineering guidance.
• Lead secure configuration standards across Windows, Linux, virtualization, and cloud.
• Collaborate with GRC and Information Security to address audit findings and risk.
• Guide remediation prioritization and validate successful fixes.
• Develop dashboards and metrics on infrastructure security health and risk trends.
• Promote automation for compliance reporting and configuration management.
