Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, CS, IT, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7+ years of infrastructure engineering or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with security frameworks (NIST SP 800-53, CSF, DISA STIGs, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
• Strong analytical and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to design secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure.
• Translate security requirements into actionable technical guidance for infra engineers.
• Lead vulnerability remediation prioritization and verify effective fixes.
• Develop secure configuration baselines using industry standards.
• Collaborate with GRC and Info Security to align objectives with risk priorities.
• Develop dashboards and metrics on infrastructure security posture and progress.
