Job summary

Copia Staffing Partners seeks an infrastructure-focused leader to assess and strengthen our client's environment, prioritizing resiliency, disaster recovery, and operational stability. The role collaborates with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to drive remediation plans across a mixed legacy and modern setup.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VMware, Windows, Linux, networking, and data center technologies, and proven ability to communicate complex risks

Qualifications

Strong infrastructure background with ability to assess environments, identify risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps.
Experience with disaster recovery, resiliency, and operational risk reduction.
Proven ability to communicate findings and remediation plans to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assess infrastructure health, risks, and operational gaps.
Develop and drive remediation and improvement initiatives.
Coordinate disaster recovery and resiliency efforts.
Identify vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and single points of failure.
Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to prioritize and execute improvements.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to leadership.
