Job summary

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking an experienced Critical Infrastructure Manager for a full-time contract.

You will oversee planning, operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of mission-critical infrastructure and facilities, collaborating with engineering, operations, security, vendors, and leadership to ensure critical systems remain secure, resilient, efficient, and available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years managing critical infrastructure, facilities, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and performance of critical infrastructure systems and facilities.
• Develop strategies to improve reliability, resilience, capacity, and efficiency.
• Lead planning, maintenance schedules, upgrades, and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Monitor performance and coordinate responses to incidents and outages.
• Develop emergency response, business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident management procedures.
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities, dependencies, and mitigate where needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to meet requirements.
• Manage multiple infrastructure projects including upgrades and modernization.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, maintenance metrics, and reports.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead root-cause analysis after significant incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation for assets, procedures, risks, and standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to infrastructure personnel and project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability and service delivery.
