Job summary

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers seeks an experienced Critical Infrastructure Manager on a full-time contract basis in the United States. You will oversee planning, operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of mission-critical infrastructure and facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and incident response skills to ensure security, resilience, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Facilities Management, Operations, Infrastructure Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing critical infrastructure, facilities or data-center operations.
• Experience leading infrastructure operations, maintenance programs, and large projects.
• Knowledge of risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and resilience.
• Experience with vendors, budgets, service agreements, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and performance of critical infrastructure systems and facilities.
• Develop strategies to improve reliability, resilience, capacity, and efficiency.
• Lead planning, maintenance schedules, upgrades, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Monitor performance and availability; coordinate incidents and outages.
• Develop and maintain emergency response, business continuity, and disaster recovery procedures.
