Job summary

HNTB Corporation invites you to join our Nashville team to support public engagement and communications for transportation and infrastructure projects. You will help develop outreach strategies, create materials, and keep stakeholders informed during planning, design and construction.

You will work with project managers, engineers, and client staff to craft accurate messaging, manage social media, coordinate events, and assist with public information campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing communication and outreach strategies for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate dissemination of outreach materials to stakeholders and the public.
• Prepare presentations, speeches, and correspondence for meetings and public forums.
• Support social media strategy and content development under supervision.
• Maintain stakeholder database and assist with events logistics and coordination.
• Initial fact-checking for reports and publications.
