Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a highly organized Project Manager II – Infrastructure to plan, manage, and deliver internal IT initiatives across systems, networks, and data center teams. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, budget adherence, and clear communication with leadership to ensure on-time project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Seven or more years of IT, Project Management, service delivery or customer relationship management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience building detailed technical project plans and task dependencies based on technical familiarity and stakeholder interviews.
• Experience managing complex, strategic programs with multiple sub-projects/workstreams.
• Advanced knowledge of data center/critical environment concepts (space, power, cooling, connectivity).
• Advanced knowledge of data center technologies (routers, switches, firewalls, server components, storage, virtualization).
• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver internal IT projects on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication between Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Data Center Technicians and other teams.
• Develop and actively manage project plans with phases, tasks, resources, and due dates.
• Review changes to project plans with stakeholders and implement beneficial changes.
• Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and report project status to upper management, including issues, risks and escalations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation.
