Webber, a Ferrovial Construction company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead infrastructure management projects in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage contracts, safety, cost control, scheduling, and client relations to deliver quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5–10 years of asset management experience, and familiarity with CMMS; professional engineering license is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Transportation/Road asset management experience is highly desired.
• Professional Engineering License is a plus.
• 5–10 years of industry experience in facility management or supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of asset management within maintenance, repairs, and operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS systems (DataStream MP2 / INFOR EAM).

Responsabilidades

• Drive project operations to meet contract standards in a cost-effective, safe manner.
• Oversee planning, estimating, procurement, and financial responsibilities.
• Manage project team to build teamwork and high performance.
• Establish metrics and report contract performance to management.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
