KPFF Special Projects Division in Seattle, WA is seeking a full‑time Construction Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure programs. You will ensure Buy America/BABA and federal grant compliance while coordinating with contractors, subconsultants, and stakeholders across design and construction phases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction PM, familiarity with FHWA-funded projects and WSDOT specs, and strong MS Office/Adobe skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with FHWA-funded projects, federal grants, and Buy America/BABA compliance.
• Knowledge of WSDOT specifications.
• Experience in construction project management, public works, or infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Regular site presence across the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex infrastructure projects including federally funded programs.
• Ensure compliance with Buy America/BABA and grant requirements.
• Oversee contractors and coordinate with subconsultants and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review contractual documentation and grant reporting.
