Town of Holly Springs is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the Utilities and Infrastructure department to support capital improvement projects. The role requires coordinating design reviews, permits, field inspections and contract activities to ensure timely, within-scope delivery. The schedule is business hours with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Combination of high school diploma with other secondary education in engineering technology and/or construction technology or related field.
• Four (4) years of related experience in civil engineering and/or construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing project plans for design standards and revisions.
• Support contract administration and consultant activities.
• Conduct field observations, inspections, and verify adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain project records and documentation.
