Job summary

Feuji in St. Louis is seeking an experienced IT project leader to own end-to-end M&A integration workstreams. You will coordinate multiple technical teams, manage vendor risks, and serve as the main client liaison through kickoff to hypercare CLOSE.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow. You will report to the Engagement/Program Director and drive go-live readiness and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading multi-site IT infrastructure or M&A integration projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams (network, desktop, collaboration, security).
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration schedule for assigned acquisitions, from kickoff through hypercare close.

Reports to: Engagement / Program Director

• Report status, risks, and dependencies to client stakeholders and internal leadership
• Maintain the integration runbook/checklist and keep workstream owners aligned to it
• Manage resource allocation across dedicated team members and the delivery bench
• Lead go-live readiness reviews and post-go-live retrospectives

Required Qualifications
