Job summary

Independence Pet Holdings is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives across Clarus’ hosted technology environment. The role requires coordinating across cloud, identity, security, and enterprise IT teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management or IT delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure projects across multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day infrastructure project delivery with IPH Infrastructure and MSPs.
• Collaborate with leadership to align priorities and governance.
• Own project intake, scope, planning, sequencing, and status reporting.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, cloud engineering, workplace tech, identity, security, and vendor teams.
• Lead recurring meetings and escalate blockers to leadership.
• Oversee operational readiness, cutover planning, and post-deployment follow-up.
