Job summary

Independence Pet Holdings is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager for a hybrid role in Chicago, IL. The role delivers cross-functional infrastructure initiatives, coordinating across cloud, endpoint, identity, networking, and security teams to ensure timely, well-governed execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure project delivery or IT delivery.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and vendors.
• Ability to define scope, plan, and track execution and risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery for infrastructure initiatives.
• Partner with service delivery and leadership to align priorities.
• Own intake, planning, execution tracking, and status reporting.
• Lead cross-team coordination across infrastructure, cloud, identity, security, and networking.
• Conduct regular meetings and escalate blockers to leadership.
• Oversee operational readiness, including cutover planning and handoff.
