Job summary

Arc Aspicio in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Program Analyst to support DHS-related projects, with governance, stakeholder engagement, and project management responsibilities.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, the ability to obtain a favorable Fitness Determination, and strong communication skills to work across client sites, the DC office, and remotely.

Qualifications

• Capture and translate client needs into actionable tasks.
• Prepare accurate notes, summaries, trackers, and formatted documents for leadership review.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Must obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination and access to required unclassified Gov. information.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to collaborate remotely and in-person.
• Willing to travel within the Washington, DC metro area.
• Clearance: U.S. Citizenship; Public Trust or ability to obtain a trust/Federal clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance artifacts (charters, logs, trackers) and track milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather input and deliver insights.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and logistics for large meetings (virtual and in-person).
• Maintain records, notes, and polished meeting summaries; manage logs and libraries.
• Learn new mission areas and contribute to expanding company capabilities and offerings.
• Collaborate with clients to solve problems and deliver exceptional service.
• Apply consulting and analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions.
