Qualifications

• Must be able to capture and translate client needs into actionable tasks.
• Must prepare accurate notes, summaries, trackers, and professionally formatted documents for leadership review.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination and access to required unclassified Government information and facilities.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment, managing multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance artifacts, including charters, membership structures, process flowcharts, action trackers, decision logs, and track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders to gather and analyze input, and deliver insights and findings.
• Put together agendas, briefing materials, pre-reads, and logistics materials for large virtual and in-person meetings.
• Maintain records, take notes and deliver polished meeting summaries, and maintain logs and libraries in the appropriate format.
• Take on new responsibilities and learn the mission/business while maintaining an excellent attention to detail, finding ways to exceed client expectations.
• Contribute to company service areas beyond just the project to build new skills and help the company grow by developing our capabilities and selling new business.
• Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service, and achieving mission results.
• Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients.
