Job summary

Arc Aspicio is seeking a Program Support Analyst to assist federal project teams in a fast-paced environment. You will help with administrative tasks, document business processes, and track action items while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in project management support, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work both remotely and on-site in the Washington, DC area. U.S. Citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Support project and administrative tasks and workstreams that contribute to the overall project goals and delivering high-quality solutions
• Assist with documenting business processes, identify process improvement opportunities, and gathering information
• Track assigned tasks and action items for timely completion through effective organization and communication
• Provides project support by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and materials, documenting meeting notes, and action item trackers
• Assist with change management efforts by developing user communications, training materials, and transition support activities
• Contribute to company service areas beyond just the project to build new skills and help the company grow by developing our capabilities and selling new business
• Contribute to our company culture, which promotes collaboration, learning, and helping others to grow and develop
• Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service, and achieving mission results
• Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
