A leading construction company in the United States is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage procurement plans for major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of procurement experience, excellent negotiation skills, and knowledge of procurement best practices. Responsibilities include communication with suppliers, preparation of bid documents, and maintaining relationships with subcontractors. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ procurement experience, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Ability to negotiate and discuss general clauses.
• Local Virginia experience highly preferred.

• Oversee preparation of bid inquiry documents and selection recommendations.
