Job summary

Pearse Partners Ltd is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to join the New York team. The role involves full deal-team participation across origination, modelling, due diligence and asset management, with exposure to large-cap and mid-market infra deals.

Ideal candidates have 1.5–4 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, strong financial modelling skills, and a keen interest in infrastructure value creation. Direct interaction with senior leadership and the IC is expected.

Qualifications

• 1.5–4 years' experience as an analyst or associate at a top-tier investment bank
• Coverage in an infrastructure-adjacent sector
• Strong financial modelling capability with a high technical bar
• Commercial maturity and genuine interest in infrastructure and operational value creation

Responsibilities

• Full deal team involvement across origination, modelling, due diligence, IC materials and asset management
• Exposure across large-cap and mid-market across all infra sectors
• Entry-to-exit deal model — you follow a transaction from first look through to portfolio
• Board observer responsibilities on select transactions
• Direct interaction with senior leadership and Investment Committee members
