Job summary

Taurus Search is seeking a high-performing Senior Associate to join their investment team in New York. This role supports all aspects of the investment process, including origination, execution, and value creation / asset management for a global infrastructure investor.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in investment banking or direct infrastructure investing, strong modelling and analysis skills, and a collaborative, self-motivated mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in investment banking or direct infrastructure investing.
• Strong research, financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, execution and value creation activities.
• Build and review financial models and assess investment returns.
• Support due diligence across commercial, technical, regulatory workstreams.
• Prepare investment presentations and present to investment committees.
• Contribute to portfolio company strategic and financial initiatives.
