Job summary

Pearse Partners in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to join its growing infrastructure team. You will work on deal execution across large-cap and mid-market opportunities, building models, performing due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies from start to finish.

You will interact directly with Partners and Investment Committee members, gain broad exposure across sectors, and take on meaningful responsibilities from day one in a lean deal team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years' experience as an Analyst or Associate at a top-tier investment bank or fund.
• Coverage in an infrastructure-adjacent sector.
• Strong financial modelling capability; this process has a high technical bar.
• Commercial maturity and genuine interest in infrastructure and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Exposure across large-cap and mid-market, spanning all infra sectors.
• Entry-to-exit deal model, follow a transaction from first look through to portfolio.
• Board observer responsibilities on select transactions.
