Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience overseeing a technology team.
• Enterprise level Active Directory experience.
• Strong collaboration with other IT and business teams.
• Strong soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Infrastructure Platform Engineering team.
• Lead by setting a good example and foster trust, open communication and teamwork.
• Encourage creativity, risk-taking and continuous improvement; recognize performance.
• Communicate clear instructions and hold team accountable for goals.
• Provide regular status reports on tasks, issues and progress toward goals.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to business clients and management.
• Manage vendor relationships and escalate issues when needed.
