Job summary

You will lead infrastructure operations, coordinate day-to-day activities, and act as a key resource during major incidents and operational challenges.

Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure infrastructure services meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational activities in IT infrastructure or technology operations.
• Experience troubleshooting and coordinating resolution of complex technology issues.
• Experience mentoring and guiding team members and peers.

Responsibilities
