Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Lead in Tulsa, OK to drive delivery and support of reliable, secure technology services enabling business operations and growth.

You will lead infrastructure operations, coordinate across IT and the business, mentor the team, manage incidents, and drive improvements with a focus on availability, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational activities, projects, initiatives, or teams within an IT infrastructure or technology operations environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and coordinating the resolution of complex technology issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, systems, or operational environments.
• Experience collaborating across technical and business teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing guidance to team members and peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate infrastructure operations and support.
• Prioritize and balance workloads to meet business and service objectives.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and disruptions.
• Lead major incident response, communication, and resolution.
• Drive root cause analysis and improvements that prevent recurring issues.
• Mentor team members and strengthen technical and operational capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve service delivery and effectiveness.
• Support maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, and technology refreshes.
• Establish and improve operational metrics, service levels, and KPIs.
• Simplify processes, automate routine tasks, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain operational documentation, standards, procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Promote consistency, accountability, and discipline across support processes.
